Winter is coming!

The days are getting noticeably shorter every day. So it is time to get pondering again about rebuilding and reconfiguring the home network.

The shelved hardware will be taken out and and I will start messing with it again. The somewhat new network layout was already thought up, now it only needs a rainy day to get implemented.

People who were taking notice know that I shelved a lot of my Philips Hue stuff because of reliability issues. I'm giving it another go using a new 'Pro' gateway device to see if this helps.

The previous post in august apparently already was a sign I was ready for some homelabbing again.
